The white idea

So I've been seeing a lot of vintage weddings do a "white" theme, where the bridesmaids are actually in white, off-white, cream and beige dresses (yes, those are all separate colors). Very Great Gatsby. I kind of like it, but I wanted to get everyone's opinion on the look. It might actually be easier to "match" neutral-colored dresses, and it might also be easier to find a vintage-y dresses. On my end, I could wear a more romantic, long flowy dress that mimics the 1920s/30s. Thoughts?

  1. I still think if you are open to a color family you will get the same feel. I think you will regret letting your bridesmaids wear white, the pictures are not going to come out as nice. These things look great when everyone is a model and they have great lighting and camera lens. I think youll get better pictures if you are in white and everyone else is in colors. You are the bride, not us shmoos. Of course, that said, you are the bride, its your day. I am a monkey you could ask me to wear a devo dress and I would do it. that said, dont make me wear a devo dress.
